"Great stay!"
We stayed here as an anniversary stay and it was super nice. The staff does seem a little confused still, but we had an amazing room. It was high, looking east towards the city. It was great fun trying to ID landmarks. The room was great, and since we were staying on the weekend, it was cheap. Totally worth the stay!

"Amazing boutique hotel in Georgetown"
Very welcoming and professional staff. Sweet little touches like having classical music playing in my room when I walked in and having the sheets turned down at night. I did not want to leave.

"Great hotel in the perfect location"
This hotel was great. It was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the last. The staff is very polite and willing to help you. I had a problem with my air conditioner at 11 pm and called the main desk. 15 minutes later, an engineer was there to fix the problem. The location is great. The metro is just steps away and Big Bus tours stop across the street.

"Birthday Weekend"
This Hotel is in a nice area of DC, it a little bit away from major attraction sites but it's easy to get public transportation to get you there. It's in a quiet neighborhood so if relaxation is what your looking for, this hotel will be perfect. It is designed in a cotemporary style which can be cold but the hotel staff provides the warmth.

"Price beware"
I booked this hotel through Travelocity at a rate that was non refundable only to find out that parking is not included in the price of the hotel. To park at the hotel it is an additional $48 per day! If you are on a budget and comparing prices, make sure to call the front desk before booking any DC area hotel to find out of any hidden fees like this.

"Traveler Friendly in Every Way"
Although I was on a quick business trip, I would return for work or leisure trip. The check-in line was a little long when I arrived and I was anxious to get settled before walking to a conference meeting. The two staffers at the desk soon doubled to four and it took less than 10 minutes with a dozen others ahead of me. So management must have been monitoring for guest convenience. The room keys didn't work the first time and I returned to have quickly re-keyed and everything was perfect form then on. Nice furniture and very clean. The dresser & TV stand had USB and electrical plugs built into the side that was adjacent to the desk. Single serve coffee maker w/Starbucks coffee was easy and quick to use. There was a nice touch with a desk card identifying a LONG list of complementary items available (if you forgot to pack some grooming or convenience items). You can also borrow or buy other items like exercise weights, humidifier, curling irons, etc. Staff (both inside and at valet area) was excellent in offering directions and walking tips. The reservation desk also had a map with key locations and also identified how long a walk from the hotel it would be to popular sites.
