Almost perfect, just was a little put off by the stupid $20 per night "marketing" charge added to credit card. It was waived after discussion, but really they should just promote their frequent stay program, which waives the fee and is free to join anyway. I'll come back for sure.

Good location, pleasant stay

Reserved several rooms, no problems with reservations. Easy and fast check-in. Arrived right at 5pm when they have their complimentary happy hour. I was in room 309, a large suite right above the hotel entrance. Comfortable bed and quiet. Good location in Dupont Cirlce, within walking distance of Metro and plenty of restaurants in the area. Morning they also have complimentary coffee/tee.

Comfortable and well Appointed

The hotel was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and very well appointed. The only negative comment would be about the restaurant. The staff was great but the food fell short. The dessert was so bad that we sent it back. Other small things with the meal just made us think that we should have chosen another place to eat. With all the choices close by I feel this is an area where the hotel could really excel if they made a change to execution of the meal. We had both dinner and breakfast and felt the same way about both meals. Even with this experience in the restaurant, the stay was very nice and I would definitely recommend to others.
