Not worth the money

Pros: Updated with new beds. Spacious rooms which included microwave and refrigerator.
Cons: Front desk assistance with vehicle parking.
Hotel has recently been updated. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Our shower did not work. Front desk staff immediately moved me to another room where the shower somewhat worked. (water came out of spout and shower head at the same time and didn't drain all that fast.) They do not tell you that parking is an additional $40.00 when booking online (Or I did not see that). Bonus - Your vehicle is kept in a locked in a garage which was recently painted but your keys are held at the front desk - quick access is not an option, especially during the overnight stay. Twice I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to get my car out during the early morning hours (4:00 & 7:00 am). Both times the front desk worker came off the elevator.

Please accept our sincere apologies for not having a staff member readily available in the lobby in the early morning hours. This is not acceptable. We have instructed the team to do their rounds on the floors prior to 4am so they can be in the lobby to help our guests.

good choice for D.C. Trip

Great location , reasonable price, and spacious and comfortable room. Especially liked the kitchenette. My only complaint was some confusion with the daily housekeeping, which resulted in the room not being cleaned one day. I believe she misunderstood when I told her I would leave so she could clean. Remainder of the stay was fine. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Great room

Pros: Location, staff, size of room, $$
Cons: My room didn't have anything about where to find things within the hotel (ice machine), or nearby options for eating, etc. Would've been nice to have.
Location: It was a perfect location for me to get out and run around the city and visit landmarks and get to delicious restaurants.
A few minor issues were immediately addressed. The A/C was not turned on so when I adjusted the thermostat to AC it wouldn't engage the fan. The staff took care of as soon as I brought it to their attention. Same with towels...they provided minimal amount of towels, when I asked for additional, they were there immediately. The staff was extremely helpful when I had a bad experience with an Uber driver. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown, but that's all it's got.

Hotel RL is close to downtown, but that's all it's got going for it. Literally walking distance. Was sort of forced to only walk everywhere because of the parking, which the hotel has 5 steps from the entrance, but will gouge your pockets to use, $40 for 24 hours, but you can come and go. I requested to cancel my second day reservation but was told I needed a to 24 hour advance notify them. I don't see why. Secondly, room service didn't even come and change the bed sheets or towels for the second day. Third, no military discount. Apparently "Travelocity includes military discount in their price". So even if you aren't military you get military discount! Act fast folks! Oh and the bathrooms are small, And there's no breakfast. What a bummer. But there's sunrise café, which was pretty close and pretty good. Would recommend that place.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Pros: The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing!
Cons: I would not change a thing.
Location: It is located right in the middle of everything. The metro station is only a block away.
I absolutely loved the Quincy! The hotel is in a superb location. The staff is amazing, especially Manny! The rooms were big and comfortable. I will definitely be going back!

Nice hotel location

Pros: Everything. Location is perfect, clean, comfortable and friendly employees.
Cons: Maybe more food offered in lobby in the morning.
Location: Walking distance to monuments and metro and plenty restaurants to chose from right by hotel.
Hotel was very nice and location was close to everything. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. One employee "Manny" was always going the extra mile to make our stay a positive one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good staff, good location but odd

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, fridge in room
What is the purpose of a bedside table when travelling? Hold your glasses (both drink and reading) watch, stuff you read before turning out the lights. Right? Imagine a hotel with bedside tables that are "pretty" but so disfunctional as to be miniscule on the top and larger going down so you can't do anything but balance the lamp on the top teir and stub your toe on the lower tier when you get out of bed! Location was good for Metro Access but we found using the plentiful taxis more cost effective than the Metro day passes. The first night we were put in an unacceptable room that met disabled access requirements but is not at all suitable to someone who doesn't need a wheelchair. Imagine a shower that has no edge so the wheelchair can go in and that there must be a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor for the water! There was no outside vanity for others in the family to use so if you were in the bathroom for a shower no one else could use it for any other purpose. The staff apologized the next day and gave us breakfast vouchers at the very wonderful Au Bon Pain shop 2 doors down. That was nice. Housekeeping failed to replace the empty kleenex box for 4 days, but the staff was very nice and helpful otherwise.

Great location, big rooms, and free access to a top-quality gym.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, access to top-quality gym, rooms are big, great location
Cons: Noisy, bathroom was small; no vanity
I enjoyed the hotel. It doesn't have some of the perks of a large hotel, but the location is great, the rooms are big, and you have free access to a top-quality gym.

Great Hotel for Great price in Downtown D.C.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
Hotel was in a great location for down town DC and the hotel quality and service cannot be beat for the price. My wife and I stayed with out 5 month old child and were able to walk to every site we wanted to see and had a great time sight seeing out of this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly service, great recommendations for family friendly places to eat around the area. Rooms along the back alley can get a little noisy on trash days but I am not sure that there is a really a quiet place to stay in downtown D.C.
