The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

A joyless place

Staff not friendly, they did there job, no more, no less. A grim place, employees didn't smile, or greet. Building okay, clean. Okay if you're passing through, but overall experience- joyless. I stayed one night, a weekday, with the request they put me in a quiet room. For some unknown reason, in the nearly empty hotel, they booked people in the adjoining room, who were loud. Called the desk, twice. The first time they were sending someone up, but no one came. The second call, someone arrived.

Pros: The comfort and cleanliness
Cons: Lack of parking due to event going on in hotel.
Location: Nice location next to many places
Everyone was very professional and polite. Room was very clean.

My experience at the hotel started off bad I was given a room that had someone already staying in there. So I had to go back downstairs to have my key card switched to another room.
