Comfortable place to stay in Washington
My family and I had a pleasant stay in Placemakr and felt like home. Spacious place with full kitchen, living and bed rooms. Very courteous and helpful housekeeping and tried to accomodate the requests as possible. I really liked the shower and water stream unlike other many hotels which water pressure is an issue. Front desk staff also helpful and courteous except one of them who was a little aggressive! There is Trader Joe's in walking distance and some good restorants for dinning. Parking avalable under the building or you can find your own on the street.

My first room had bed bugs, they then moved us into another room that was terribly filthy and not comparable to the room I originally paid for. The communication and customer service was impolite and rude (even the supervisor). The stay, cleanliness, and professionalism was so bad we left within the same day and had not even been there for a full 24 hours

This space was quit cozy. We had everything we needed for a nice getaway. Nice rooms fully equipped with kitchen accessories. I would have given 5 stars but parking was tight and limited.
