The first room the batteries didnt open door. The second room had mold in shower and smelled of reafer. I wouldnt have y worst enemy stay

Lobby was dirty. Staff was cordial, but not friendly. Check in was simple. Got to room and two of the rooms near ours had dogs barking like crazy at the windows with no humans in the rooms. Got in room and one it was DISGUSTING. Dirty, moldy, stinky. One of the pillow cases had blood stains on it. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. There was what looked like blood splatter across the ceiling. Booking site states refrigerator in room, but there wasn't one. There was only ONE old and worn towel in the room. We checked in around 5:30pm and left around 3am because it was so disgusting and the dogs in the other rooms would not stop barking. There was a screaming match in the parking lot around 1am. When we checked out, I went to the lobby and looked in and the worker and someone else were sleeping on the lobby furniture.. it looked like homeless people were in there.

As soon as we enetered the parking lot we noticed the large potholes and weeds growing over everything. Entered the lobby and there was clutter everywhere behind it. The room was dirty, linen had blood, holes in the wall and ceiling, smelled like smoke, TV was blurry, carpet was dirty. We paid for 2 nights but could not bear staying a second night so we left early. We will never return to this dump!

Very unhappy that the non smoking property had people smoking everywhere and our suite room reeked of smoke. My husband uses a breathing machine. We complained and she said they were unvle to get us a different room because we used a third party for the reservation. She handed me a can of Lysol that was labeled "for rooms that smell of smoke"
