The home is well suited to accommodate larger groups with individual privacy in two wings accessible through the villa or from the outside. Overall, it has four and one half bathrooms and four bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each wing has a full kitchen and large family room. The north wing contains a large dining room and three of the bedrooms. Two are fully ensuite, and the third bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bathroom. The south wing is two stories and has a large bedroom suite upstairs with a king bed, half bath, and private view terrace. Additionally, a comfy queen sleeper sofa is located in the family room adjacent to the main bath.
