The property was "under construction" the outside was as disappointing as the inside. the carpet was filthy in the hallway, mattresses in the hallways. Not a professional look from the Staff to the building.

I liked nothing. I was not able to stay in my room, because my reservation was NOT honored. I basically gave your company my money. I want a full refund. The experience was nonexistent and a waste of my time, money, and effort. I feel as though a game was played and your company was the winner. I have received absolutely NOTHING.

The whole place smelled like smoke and not all cigarette smoke there was weed smell and not very looking safe people hanging around. Our room was shabby furniture was wiggly we were 2 queen beds we had 1. And bathroom was not good. We left and got a refund . We went down the road and got a room at a beautiful Marriott. Would not spent anyone to other place

there where people hanging out side of the hotel people was burning a fire on the side of the building. I felt very unsafe there so I left and I check in another hotel.

Customer service was very poor. I waited almost 45 minutes before someone came to service desk to check-in. Then I waited another 5 minutes when Rep. came as she was giving a new hire training instruction. I waited another 5 minutes due to maid service held up elevator, after I got to room door key would not open door. Had to go looking for Desk clerk to correct key issue, in which they made me feel I was the problem. No apology at all for this experience.

The person that checked us in that evening, around 930 p.m. was very rude. She had earbuds in with music loud enough for me to hear. She never told us about the breakfast or orientated us to the hotel. Made us feel as if we were a bother to her.
