Beautiful view. The fridge was warm, more water would have been nice. The water machine did not work on our floor had to go up two flights. The music in the lobby was so loud the receptionists and my husband and I had to shout to be heard. Crazy loud. Instead of the valet obtaining the card number, we had to run and get it for him AND we had to ask to have our luggage brought to the room. The two front desk workers were so nice. That was the highlight.

The pictures portrayed in the booking process through Travelocity was not the same standard when I went into my room. The room was outdated, poorly maintained and the pressure of the water for our shower was ridiculous. Do not wish to return to this location.
