Barceló is a great hotel. The decor is beautiful and tastefully done. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was top notch. My only disappointment was that face towels were not provided. I had to request them everyday before i showered. And I had to explain what I wanted it for as if they were unaware that people wash their bodies with a towel. That was just weird. Barceló, if you care about your guests include provide proper towels.

The service was excellent My only cons is the cleaning people knocking on the door every morning. If you dont open the door they will call you on the phone until you do...lol Other than that and the bad smell when dining at the striker bar outside tables is a 5 🌟 hotel
