Beware, travellers

Not a good experience. I booked a room well in advance (several months) and prepaid the full rate. I was visiting Vilnius for a weekend, so only 1 night stay. When I arrived, I found nobody at the reception desk. It took about half an hour to find a receptionist, but she told me that hotel is full and they want to offer me the another one, from the same group of companies. She said they would arrange a car transfer for me and my partner to that hotel Artis. It took another half an hour to find a taxi for us. After a short ride we were surprised that it was at our expense, and we must pay at spot. So, we spent a night in the another hotel, it was not bad, but several hours after the check-out they charged my card, which I provided to them to cover the possible minibar consumption (or whatever), 4 euros - without any reason and did not provide any bill. So, think twice before you mess with this organization.
