I chose this hotel for my 15-day stay in Vienna and could not have been more pleased! The location one block from the Staatsoper is ideal for sightseeing, museums, concerts, and opera, and it is easy to get to from the airport via public transportation. The executive apartment was modern, spotless, fully equipped with what a traveler would want for a longer stay (including free, reliable WiFi), and blissfully quiet. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. I did not try the breakfast, but the free coffee in the lobby was much appreciated!

Great accomodations. Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to museums and St Josephs cathedral. Shopping nearby.

This is one of the best locations in Vienna. Immediately adjacent to the Staatsoper, the Musikverein, and the U Bahn.

Wonderful hotel close to all the action.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Nothing. We were VERY satisfied.
This hotel was close to all of the action; shopping, subway, and Opera House. The staff is very friendly and attentive and they all speak English. Cold water and coffee is available for free. Two bottles of cold beer were in our refrigerator when we arrived. The room was cleaned daily. A taxi was available for an early morning flight. Everything we asked for was taken care of, they even reconfirmed plane and tour reservations for us.

Roomy hotel near city center

Pros: The location and the size/comfort
Cons: Not all of the staff were helpful.
Location: location near opera and city center. easily walkable.
We stayed here for two nights in September. The location was perfect; easily walking distance to the city center and Belvedere. The room was very spacious, had a kitchenette, large bathroom and great shower, and a seperate sitting area. The hotel also offered juice, water, and coffee in the lobby.
