Affordable option in Verona during Opera Festival
On the outskirts of town, more like student residence hall than a hotel, but given the prices of most Verona options within easy reach of the arena, this was great for me.

An ideal location outside of the centre of town
My wife and I spend a two day stay in the city. The accommodation was around two miles from the centre of town but readily accessible by public transport if necessary. The facilities are basic but fully met our requirements. When we travelled in mid summer the weather was hot and having air con in the room was a very welcome bonus. There are some great restaurants within reasonable walking distance as well and shops to pick up provisions. Best of all was the value. With the money you will save against the competitor hotels you can have a great night out in the city itself. We intend to return to the city for more opera at the Arena. We will happily return to San Zeno.

Had a great stay here, far from center and train station but close to lots of other things such as McDonald’s :) Bed is very comfy and the staff are helpful! Would highly recommend

Felt like I was back at college. Loved it. Decent single bed and en-suite bathroom. If you're a solo traveller and don't mind walking a bit extra, this is great for the price.

Great value accommodation.
Excellent budget accommodation. In the description it does not make it clear that these are student rooms in a technical college. Do not be put off by this, as the en suite rooms are light and airy. On checking in, you are given a map and full information about buses into the centre.

Very nice stay
I was confused as to what this property is. It is some sort of school/offices with rooms in one wing. Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and big. It was quiet and a nice area of town. There was easy, free parking. There is a nearby bus you can take to the city center or you can walk about 2 miles to get there. WiFi was available, but it logged you out about every 30 minutes.
