The room I was given on check-in was for the disabled community which isn’t fair for those who are disabled and can’t book this room and for those who are not, to have a room that doesn’t suit them is a sham. Especially when it’s not stated when the booking is in progress. The room also smells like dirty feet, which isn’t a pleasant smell at all for $242 a night or for any amount! Asked the front desk for another room choice and their response was ... “Travelocity only books disabled rooms and we can’t change them.” (!!) SUPER disappointed in the overall Travelocity experience.

The bed was too firm needed extra pillow top for comfort. There was no lock on the bathroom door and the sliding door to the bathroom did not give much privacy.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. The room I was given was not what I reserved online. Without any drama, they quickly changed it to one that could accommodate my family of 5 We were very pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room. It could probably use a table immediately next to the sofa bed but no complaints here. The dining area for breakfast was nice and the food buffet was good (not great). I used the guest laundry room which was clean with current front loading washers. This is a nice hotel and I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Outlet shopping trip

Great location next to the outlets. Good hot breakfast included. Clean and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!
