Reception lacked any attitude of hospitality. The room was worn and the carpet dirty. Pillows stunk. A/C in the bedroom worked but not in the suite sitting room. Bathroom floor grout is black - looks like it was never cleaned. Total lack of attention to details. I think the wall leaks since paint on interior corner is bubbled up. Will be staying somewhere else on our next Fort Smith visit.

Many places seem more than capable of throwing together a bunch of walls and doors and pretending they have a hotel, but the staff here providing the welcoming and hospitable performance that makes this so much more than walls and doors.
