HORRIBLE!! Do NOT stay here!!

This hotel stay was by far, the worst I've ever had. We arrived and were given a key to a room. There is no elevator and we had to carry huge suitcases down a long flight of stairs with no offer of help from the staff. We opened our door to find two people "active" in our bed! We hauled our luggage back up the stairs and the front desk gave us a new room. The walls were paper thin, the bed would have been better had it been made of rocks and the heat didn't work. When I called them about the heat, I was told they didn't have time to worry about it. Our key card constantly did not work and it smelled terrible. On our last night, there was a man beaten in front of our room window and police were called. No apologies from the staff or discount were offered. This location is also NOT an ideal part of town. The Holiday Inn Express in west London was great though if you're looking for a decent stay.
