Could not cool room adequately, very stuffy. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Only ice machine on the property was not working. Very limited breakfast items.

Someone had been in our room, the TV was on, the soap, sink and toilet ad been used. The door had been previously pried open or rammed open so the deadlock didnt work properly. The matress was so dirty and stained it look as if it hadnt been dragged from a dumpster. The chair was visibly stained and had mold on it. The walls appeared to have watee damage. The fridge was so rusted and dented it looked as if also had been pulled from the garbage. The heating unit was dented, it was missing the cover and was rusted and had mold. The syench in the room was so pungant that it burned the vack of my throat We left and got our money back from Travelosity. Unsafe, unsanitary and with the mold it was a health hazard.
