Only things negative were the construction in the area making it a little bit hard to navigate, and the fact that one of theotel guest's trucks had been broken into early morning.

I've stayed here many times because I love the full kitchen when I'm there multiple days. Usually, no complaints. This time was terrible however. The walls and floors are very thin. I got stuck on the first floor, so I got to hear little kids running up on the second floor above me until 1am. I tried to notify the front desk for help with the situation, but the phones didnt work and when i tried to call on my cell, the peraon at the front desk just let it ring. At the same time, I could hear the TV next door through the paper thin walls. And sure enough, 8am comes aroind and housekeeping walks right in, do not disturb on the door and everything. Then they did it again at 10:30, when checkout was 11. Apparently, I wasnt getting out of their hotel fast enough for them.

Great family friendly rooms. Comfortable beds, space to fit a family. Terrible water slide hours. Never got to use it because it’s only open a few hours on the weekend which isn’t on the description of the hotel. Biggest complaint was the kitchen staff literally was taking food away right in front of guests 2 minutes before breakfast hours ended. We were reaching for the milk for the cereal and she reached around us and took it away. Ear buds were in their ears so you couldn’t talk to them. As a former hotel kitchen staff member, we put guests needs above leaving early and served them until they were done. I’ve never seen such terrible service at a breakfast at a hotel. I was down there with my son 30 minutes earlier and people were asking for the hot foods to be refilled and she didn’t do it. Then when my family came down she was cleaning it all up minutes before the hours ended. Great rooms… but the amenities could be improved with their hours and service to paying guests.

The room was good. Couch & other areas were very worn but it was clean. The pool was very dirty, slide was broken, rust spots on the slide area. One night from 10:25pm-10:50pm a male was outside at the front door sitting next to a running vehicle blasting must. The male was drinking beer. He then peed at the smoking post. At that point I knocked on the window & yelled. He got back in the car but continued to drink & blast music.

a water park inside and it is welcoming inside Great service at the desk and the breakfast has many delicious options and lots of sitting comfortable areas. also quite didn't hear much noise even as close to the main road
