Breakfast was cold and nasty plus no room to eat our dinner at tables cause the rooms were packed with teenagers and the toilet was so low couldn’t get off it with out help from my kid and boyfriend

Pool had so much chlorine it burned your eyes to walk into the pool area. Dirty and wet towels were everywhere—one in the pool. In our room, the shower was grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken, so the housekeeper just left the roll on the sink counter. The breakfast attendant was loud and abrasive. A poor setup and poorly stocked, so obtaining breakfast was stressful.
