Needs a deep clean
Disappointed in this supposed 5 star hotel. We splurged on a suite and it was dusty and the bathroom floor was very dirty, like it had not been mopped in ages. No lotion either? The hallways of the hotel were very dirty and the pool had a filthy ring around the edges. The staff was very friendly however, esp the valets and the front desk staff, who gave us a late checkout time.
