This was not my first time. That first visit two years ago was fine and our room pretty clean and someway updated. This recent visit was not good. The room I got was dirty. Next day the manager finally change us to another room not so bad like the other one. On the 3rd floor there is a door that have access to the outside stairs and people who stay long time there leaves open, very unsafe.

Room was disgusting.. there are years of dirt and filth built up on every surface. Lots of marks on the. The hallway carpet smelled horrible and needed to be replaced years ago.

The first night of our stay, the beds were already dirty they were make up and ink stains in the sheets. The following day was my birthday, so we left for 10 hours. Before leaving I called to make sure that our sheets would be changed. Lo and behold when we got back the DIRTY sheets were still there. I called again and the front desk said they had no room service available and I would have to remove the sheets go downstairs get new sheets come back upstairs and change them ourselves. On top of it all the TV was not a smart TV so we had no Netflix no Hulu no YouTube just random ad filled television. You get what you pay for but I will never go back.
