I am disappointed they can’t assist me with using my point I have already being a holiday inn club vacation owner . They can’t even give me a free breakfast because I didn’t reserve using my points - my mistake used a third party …. Live and learn . Hotel is clean , rooms are very nice and over all satisfying

The bar/restaurant was not staffed to meet the hotel capacity / guest demand. My party of 2 waited well over an hour to finally be told that our order had not yet been sent to the kitchen. The lobby snacks were wiped out of anything reasonably healthy. Went back to room hungry. The outside staff (parking/valet and shuttle) were very friendly and helpful. But again shuttle demand overwhelmed capacity.

front desk young ladies pleasant and helpful. all employees in contact with were pleasant and helpful. the shuttle service that was free was a pleasant surprise. will definitely use this hotel again.

It was ok, the front staff was great, their computer systems SUCKS, it showed that our credit cards were declined, I did reach out to Discover card,I placed the representative on speaker so the hotel representative could hear, my C/C company showed that no transaction process was attempted. The hotel representative had to re start her computer to complete the process. The hotel representative was apologetic and gave us 2 free drinks.

Don't stay at this hotel. The room had a funky odor. The refrigerator didn't work. The shower didn't work. The restaurant in the hotel was understaffed. We waited 45 minutes to get our sodas and an hour for food. Will never stay there again.
