Your sales rep booked my room @ the wrong westgate and it was a disaster trying to get it changed . Also she told me it would be table in the room realizing when I got in the room there was no table just a bar.. hair in shower and freezer bed was get hard

False marketing total dump Timeshare sales

Rooms are not what they show online Really bad outdated decor small studio Rude, lazy cold staff manager could care less what goes on around him. Tvs do not work Our door did not lock took more than an hour to get someone to come fix it so we could leave our room Nightmare stay worse ever and for those prices never again This is just timeshare sales

Halloween horror nights

Everything was awesome! Check in was quick. Staff was very friendly. The shuttle bus ride was a great pleasure after our 3 hour drive. The location was great! Everything was convenient

Pleasantly surprised!

We grabbed this gem of a hotel in a great location to Universal and Islands for 2 nights and added one! The room is like a condo apartment. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer!!!! All that and expedia ran a deal on this thing for under $200!!! The check in was a very long wait on Friday night with only 2 staffers checking in (that could be improved on). Room was overall clean but there was no bottled water or mini bar (that we could find). I’m really grasping at straws to make a complaint because i really don’t have much to gripe about. We stayed on 3rd floor facing the pool and it was the most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bed comfort was average/slightly above average. Recommend this place....Have fun!

Convenient location to all parks.

Location perfect for parks. Would have preffered not being woken by the early morning phone call for breakfast buffet.

The bed sheets were dirty, there was bugs in the room, the elevator would take like 15 min or more to come up and the staff at check out were pretty rude.

Clean, pleasant, safe and close to Universal.

We had a great time at the hotel. We had some trouble parking and with one key card. Part of the security system asks for a key card to go up the elevator, not sure if it's is time restricted but it caused small delays as my card didn't work. Room cleaning does a great job and the food at the cafeteria is really good. Small kitchen is fully supplied. It was a bit expensive but worth the commodities.
