Property was clean. Rooms are a little dated. Could use more USB ports and accessible outlets for charging phones/laptops. There is no desk in the room which is unusual. And the tv service is very limited. No major networks. Can’t input a specific channel. Flying blind when trying to find a channel.

Stayed the week of the 19th when there was a cold front Our thermostat in the room was broken never got fixed complained the moment we checked in nothing was done they didnt even offer for us to switch rooms so was cold the entire weekend Our key had never worked properly. Had to try at 10 times or more each time we entered. Nothing was done about that either Asked for some sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience was told nothi g can be done because i booked through a 3rd party but i did get 7$ back for the gotel tax. The breakfast wasnt great either.
