Waited in line over 20 minutes to check was not happy with the two receptionist that waited on me. The room was very plain no microwave outside noise from parking lot and road kept me awake one of the days early in the morning of our stay I took off the do not disturb so they would change out towels and take our trash which did not happen so I had to call for towels that night when we returned. Of course there were no trash cans in the hall so we were stuck with trash in our room from the entire stay I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The manager is rude and limited minded. I got there 2 hours before checkin acknowledging checkin is a 4pm but sometimes hotel let you checkin early or ask you if you want to pay extra for early checkin. No one asked and she told us that checkin is at 4pm and it is not guaranteed to have a room ready. I read the small print of the checkin policy and nowhere to be found that we would no have a room guaranteed at the time of checkin. Over 10 people were to waiting and we saw how she told at 4:05pm to the front desk to send the text. Now you are losing money for not allowing early checkin and creating a huge line for 1 front desk associate while she walked away not helping. Shameful.

We loved the location and how close it was to walk to universal. The area was very nice and everything was clean. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and made our stay great

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Explained what we needed for Universal and answered our questions. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Bathroom had lots of counter space!

It was walkable to other area. The breakfast is expensive, and there's a cheaper option for breakfast buffet right access the road. The food within the hotel takes forever to get. Didn't like my stay at all, but the location of the hotel was fantastic
