The hotel is average, really needs to be updated. The lobby is not impressive. Rooms were okay. Cleanliness gets a thumbs up.

Run Down

Pros: The staff were nice. Great bacon in the morning.
Cons: The place needs to be maintained.
There must have been some remodeling going on. There were old lamps, pictures, tables, piled on both ends of the hall on the 6th floor. The bathroom door in my room had no hardware, no handle, just a hole. The phone in my room wasn't connected to anything, just a phone on the nightstand. The water constantly ran in the tub and the my nightstand was dirty. The light bulb was out in one of the lamps and housekeeping did bring me another but I was told that there was no maintenance crew working the weekend so my phone could not be replaced. Housekeeping did notice that there were no towels in the bathroom and the garbage can was on the vanity so she brought me towels and put the garbage can back on the floor. The armrest on the couch was so filthy, it felt wet and I ended up putting a bed sheet on the couch so I could sit on it.

Nothing fancy, but it's nice!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast, treadmill in the fitness center not working
The hotel staff is helpful! I had a problem with my reservation but it was easily solved. The breakfast was a little poor for my taste, but it was flavourfull. My only real complaint is about the fitness room: the treadmill was not working and the staff told me that it was like that for over 2 months!!

I would use this hotel again

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Breakfast was okay, personnel very friendly. could have better variety Free computer/internet access. One thing I did not like. Internet page it says they have a shuttle, actually they don't. Matress could be replaced, you sink in it.

Worthy the money.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
I was happy staying there.Nice environment near downtown, rooms are clean, bed comfortable, shower water was perfect, service was nice ,nice breakfast provided.
