Worst hilton EVER! MORE LIKE A MOTEL 6!
As soon as we got there the room was aoreadt paid for and the guy at the front desk tried saying we also had to pay them in full so i took out my phone and showed my bank account and told them i already paid...he just looked at me and proceeded to check me in....i had splurged and got the wellness room...NOT WORTH IT! first of all aftwr checking in we get to our room and my lady says this isnt a wellness room...she makes me go to the front desk to double check and they said its the room type...like im supposed to know what that means...he then added that i was supposed to get this gift bag which had the lavender spray for the sheets and a healthy snack...i read what my room is supposed to include and the shower head was supposed to be pelican and the water was supposed to be extra clean and even the shower head that they stated in the gift package was not accurate...i went to front desk again and they said ask house keeping in the morning...morning comes and i finally speak 2 a manager and she agrewd everything was off but since we booked through hotels.com there was absolutely nothing she could do...why couldnt they just fix it and give me the room i paid for the night be4 when i 1st made my complaint...this place seemed like a run down motel the beds were hard as rock the service was horrible especially for a Hilton and im pretty sure the 1st guy tried to scam money from me

Ms. Tonya's hospitality was highly commendable. She went beyond to make us very comfortable at breakfast. Her service would want you to go to breakfast even if you are not hungry.
