They aloud dogs the pool was close for repairs witch we planed for the kids to swim so they had to play in the parking lot because there was nothing there for them to do when you move three times in three days in three different rooms because they all had problems I’ve been overcharged $300 because I ended up staying one night in a handicap room which one is more money I called and complain and got no response to Dash told me that it says on the website the pool is closed for repairs but Travelocity did not have that on their website we try to get a refund and said we were overcharged and hotel told me to take it up with Travelocity they don’t get refunds And I can’t get a hold of anybody at Travelocity to give me a refund

My wife & I really enjoyed the comfortably stay there. Even with this pandemic going it was very clean our room when we 1st enterec it you could smell the cleanliness in the air. We apprricate the amenities they put in place for our useand the breakfast bag yo go was definitely a plus. Making use fell welcome there with all the otber perks will definitely keep us coming back. Thank You

The heating system was very noisey. Loud humming sound when heat was turned on.
