Front desk staff were excellent. I also called in advance with questions and the front desk staff were always helpful. Room amd bedding were clean. Two desks and lots of storage for belongings. Fridge was working. TV worked. Microwave worked. Several outlets to plug in chargers. Breakfast had hot options, waffle maker, and even vanilla soy milk. I would stay here again if we visit the area.

We were very pleased overall with our stay. Very courteous staff. Our room was very spacious and clean. Parking was relatively easy and the breakfast was very good. We were sad that the pool was currently being renovated, but it wasn’t a large concern. The only thing I will point out is that it’s a little difficult to access the parking lot. The lot is in the back and there’s no sidewalk to walk around. You’re forced to walk through the parking lot while cars from the neighboring restaurant are pulling in and out. But overall we were very pleased with our stay and would consider coming back.

After spending hours looking for a hotel. I landed on this one because everything looked great in the pictures. We quickly realized the pool is a construction zone and we won't be swimming today. Now we can even sleep because it sounds like there is a party going on outside the door at 11 o'clock.

I am so sorry that your stay was not what you expected. We had recently started renovations of our pool area and we do have this on our website, I really apologize about the noise, if you had called down, we would've at least tried to quiet down your neighbours.

It was nice overall but very thin walls… first we requested a different room due to crying/screaming children next door and the staff accommodated our request. Then, we ended up next door to a loudly barking dog.
