The room we were originally put in smelled and had a damp carpet. They moved us to a different room and it was not cleaned very well and were spots in the carpet and the rooms are not very well maintained we probably not be back there again

The property was near where I needed to go for a medical condition. The staff grounds in building and room for a disaster. I really don’t like the policy of having to prove who you are to even enter a building anymore

Do not stay here. It looks new, modern, and updated. The bathrooms look nice. The rooms look nice. It the beds/bedding/pillows are awful. The towels are like sandpaper. But worst of all, is the noise. Extremely excessive traffic noise. I can’t believe they put so much effort into making the place look this nice and then cheaped out on the thinnest, crappiest windows that don’t block any noise. Barely any staff around. This place sucks. Real bad.

Breakfast was a nice benefit. Frig in room was good. Timely room clean-up everyday was good. Front desk agent was always smiling and she was very accommodating. Location was convenient. Facility appears to be tired.

Great experiece while staying here. Very clean building, our room and lounge area up front. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.
