We chose this hotel as it provides free shuttle service from the airport. I didn't realize it is located in an industrial location right next to an Amazon fulfillment center. There is no place to walk around or eat, you must eat at the hotel. Also, you must make reservations for the shuttle service. Upon arriving I wanted to drop of my rental car and get a shuttle service back to the hotel. Since I didn't have a reservation I was told I need to wait 4 hours until 12:30 am. Frustrating. Room was clean and functional. Shuttle service takes 15 minutes with reservations.

Very clean hotel with a nice bar and close to the airport. I didn’t like that there was nothing close by and thier pool was closed

Nice hotel for flight layover.

Free ground transportation to/from airport. Free breakfast buffet included. Had their buffet dinner night we arrived since there was nothing around the hotel. Need a taxi If you want dinner in the city center. Clean hotel and friendly staff! Madrid Airport has no hotel phone stations available to call for pickup so had to use pay phone and required assistance from airport staff on how to use it. Once instructed, van took 20 minutes to get to airport. Need to walk to hotel pickup area.
