"The hotel did not have a fully accessible room for disabled guests. We have already contacted the hotel regarding this, so we were informed ahead of time, so we knew what to expect, but still it was a little more challenging than we expected. The rooms were considered "barrier-free" and we were provided with bathroom chairs and shower mat to help so it was sufficient. However, the toilet did not have a railing which was difficult for my parent who had a mobility challenge. The bathroom also had a separate toilet with a door which can be a challenge for a mobility challenged guest. I hope that in the future, the hotel can make a few rooms modified and be available for fully disabled guests' needs. The hotel lobby had a fully accessible bathroom which was very helpful. All hotel staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. The view from the room (the bay view) was spectacular. We will consider staying here again. Thank you."
