"Clean, convenient hotel at Haneda airport"
I stayed here twice during my stay in Japan--when I first arrived and just before departing. My flight arriving to Haneda landed just after 10:00 p.m., and my flight departing Haneda left just before midnight; therefore, my choice to stay here was based more on necessity. However, I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff is very helpful and speaks English well. My friend and I were also planning to fly in/out of Haneda to Sapporo in the middle of our trip and the hotel held our extra luggage for us. My friend also forgot her tablet when we checked out the first time, and we were happy that the hotel had found it and agreed to hold onto it until we were able to return there a few days later. The rooms were of average size for Japan (smaller than typical U.S. hotel rooms), but were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips.

"Great Hotel"
My Fiance and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was small and comfortable, the staff was nice. The location was pretty good also, we were about a 10min walk from the station, and we were right across the street from convenience stores and an arcade! My only negative is that we had a non smoking room but the smell from someone smoking on the balcony was seeping into our room under our door a few nights.

We had a great experience here, and the service was excellent. I forgot something at the hotel and they very graciously mailed it overnight to the next hotel we were staying at.

"Comfortable with a great view of the Tokyo Skyline"
When I booked the vacation through Travelocity, I specified 2 adults and 2 children 9 years and 11 years. Usually the hotel would have 2 queen (or at least double) beds that could comfortably fit the four of us. When we checked into the hotel, the desk clerk looked at the 4 of us and asked, "Four???" We took a look at the room, and there was no way that even two kids would fit into one of their beds, let alone 2 adults or an adult and a child. There was also no space in the room for a cot. We ended up paying almost full rack rate for an extra room, which erased all savings we had making a booking through Travelocity.  Not the fault of the hotel, but Travelocity should have at least parameters that show that two 3-foot wide beds would not fit a family with 2 kids, even if they are under 12!! Big fail on the part of Travelocity. The hotel itself is wonderful - great location, comfortable, friendly service, and mostly English speaking staff. At booking, we opted for an upgraded corner room which has huge windows and a great view of the city. The second (expensive) room we got was tiny, had a tiny window, and cramped for two adults. The hotel is right next to the Shiodome subway station, and walking distance to the much larger Shimbashi station. Food is plentyful within 10mins walk, so we only ate breakfast the first morning at the hotel while orientating ourselves in Tokyo. As the Tsukiji Fish market is just 15 mins walk away, and breakfast there starts at 3am in the morning, jetlagged vacationers will find the Park Hotel Tokyo to be a great location to explore Tokyo from.

"Comfortable, Clean, Inexpensive, Great Hotel!"
Flew from Seattle, after 20 hours of travel we just wanted to lay down. Room was ready for us very quickly with little needed to check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Small but perfectly fine for myself and my girlfriend. It's right next to the Oedo and Fukutoshin lines on the Toei Subway, so if you're dead-set on being on the Yamanote line, then this isn't for you. Honestly? We prefered being on the less crowded subways and still had easy/fast access to all the places we wanted to go. There is great food at/around the hotel and easy access to 24hr convenience stores, a grocery store less than a mile away, and nightlife not too far off. The room had a fridge, functional/good Air Conditioning, and a good desk area for setting up for any work that needed done. Even after 14 days in the room we didn't feel like we were uncomforatble or "yearning for home". We absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Clean and with very helpful staff. No in house coin laundry and rooms are small. Prices excellent. In house restaurant disappointing but lots of convenient coffee shops (Tully's), McDonalds, fresh fruit market, snack shop all very close. MY second visit to an APA Hotel.

"Very convenient hotel to anywhere in Japan!"
Was on a trip through the West (Kansai) portion of Japan. Came in the evening via Shinkansen from Kyoto and found the hotel; it was very easy to find, just go straight from the station exit. The view from the 15th floor was amazing as I was able to get a view of Tokyo Tower lit up at night. I would recommend trying for it as the view is amazing on that side compared to the other, more modest view of urban Japan. The staff was very polite and didn't hesitate to assist me when I was checking in, going to the lounge, checking out, and dropped my bags off for the day before leaving. Shinagawa station (closest station to the hotel) is a hub for the Shinkansen mentioned earlier (high speed bullet train) that connects Tokyo to greater mainland Japan. It is a two stop trip to return to Narita Airport. The station is also a major artery for many subway lines and if that wasn't enough, it's a quick 13 minute ride to Shibuya, one of the next biggest station hubs. Overall the room was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, and location is ideal for traveling anywhere in mainland Japan.
