"Great Hotel"
My Fiance and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was small and comfortable, the staff was nice. The location was pretty good also, we were about a 10min walk from the station, and we were right across the street from convenience stores and an arcade! My only negative is that we had a non smoking room but the smell from someone smoking on the balcony was seeping into our room under our door a few nights.

"Wonderful hotel "
We had a great experience here, and the service was excellent. I forgot something at the hotel and they very graciously mailed it overnight to the next hotel we were staying at.

"Excellent"
Had a very pleasant stay. Boutique hotel is nicely decorated, very well keep and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Upgraded from a single bed (as one side is against a wall) to double bed with front facing view of park. Room is reasonable size. We included breakfast which had a good selection and was good quality. However, it is a setup in a dining room so food was pre-prepared and is warm but not hot.

"Comfortable with a great view of the Tokyo Skyline"
When I booked the vacation through Travelocity, I specified 2 adults and 2 children 9 years and 11 years. Usually the hotel would have 2 queen (or at least double) beds that could comfortably fit the four of us. When we checked into the hotel, the desk clerk looked at the 4 of us and asked, "Four???" We took a look at the room, and there was no way that even two kids would fit into one of their beds, let alone 2 adults or an adult and a child. There was also no space in the room for a cot. We ended up paying almost full rack rate for an extra room, which erased all savings we had making a booking through Travelocity.  Not the fault of the hotel, but Travelocity should have at least parameters that show that two 3-foot wide beds would not fit a family with 2 kids, even if they are under 12!! Big fail on the part of Travelocity. The hotel itself is wonderful - great location, comfortable, friendly service, and mostly English speaking staff. At booking, we opted for an upgraded corner room which has huge windows and a great view of the city. The second (expensive) room we got was tiny, had a tiny window, and cramped for two adults. The hotel is right next to the Shiodome subway station, and walking distance to the much larger Shimbashi station. Food is plentyful within 10mins walk, so we only ate breakfast the first morning at the hotel while orientating ourselves in Tokyo. As the Tsukiji Fish market is just 15 mins walk away, and breakfast there starts at 3am in the morning, jetlagged vacationers will find the Park Hotel Tokyo to be a great location to explore Tokyo from.

"Great hotel near Haneda Airport"
I was coming in on a flight arriving around 23:00 and did not want to trek into Tokyo upon landing after such a long flight. This hotel worked out perfectly. Took free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Room was plenty big and comfortable. You can take the shuttle back to the airport to catch the monorail into Tokyo or walk 3 min to the nearby train station and work your way to Tokyo or Yokohama. Planning to do this again on future trips rather than flying into Narita.

"Close to Shinjuku activiand near Isetan Dept. Stor"
Clean and with very helpful staff. No in house coin laundry and rooms are small. Prices excellent. In house restaurant disappointing but lots of convenient coffee shops (Tully's), McDonalds, fresh fruit market, snack shop all very close. MY second visit to an APA Hotel.

"Good Location and Very Comfortable"
My single room was very big, even by normal hotel standards I think! The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Check in time is quite early, which was a huge relief for me, and they also have luggage storage. Very nice staff. Would LOVE to stay again.
