Room was extremely small, even for Tokyo. No where to put your luggage. Bed was not very comfortable, pillows were practically non existent/very flat.

Not as good as other APA Hotels
Room is rundown compared with other APA hotels I've stayed in. Scratched walls and headboard not great.

stayed 4 nights , close to tokyo station 15 min walk, subway ginza line is 5 min walk and ginza shopping , i highly recommend for budget traveller
