Staff was great...rooms not so much
The staff was great but the hotel left a bit to be desired. Upon arrival we found that the indoor pool was closed. This was one main things my grandsons were looking forward to. Then when we arrived in our room, we found the heating unit was not working, and no maintenance staff was on the premise. As a result, we had to switch rooms. The heat in the 2nd room was fine, but we immediately began having problems with our new room keys. They were first reprogrammed but the problem continued. So a new set of keys were programmed and issued. But the issue was not received. We determined that the problem was with the key reader on the door, because it would ultimately work after numerous tries. Since we were only staying 2 nights and had already changed rooms before, we decided to stick it out.

I like it because it was by restaurant in walking distance. I didn’t like that my door was left unlocked afterwards clean before I checked in. Also the floors wasn’t vacuum, and old used tea bag was left on top of the headboard
