Heater fan was very noisy and whenever it's on, I had to wake up. My room's location was bad and the view from bedroom window was not good.

Town access,rooms are nice. Took shower and was standing in 2 inches on water,Awesome! Wouldn't stay here again for that PRICE$$$$.

I would love the opportunity to hear more about your recent stay in an effort to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

I was hoping for a little more of luxury hotel. The rooms were dated with wear on the wood trim and just an overall okay appearance. The housekeeping staff never seemed to make my bed like you would expect. It was loose and sloppy.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Staff, location, updated rooms
Location: Close to Mammoth Mountain via gondola ride. Right in town center with restaurants, breweries, shops.
This place is incredible!The facilities themselves are top notch with clean, comfortable, stylish rooms and the location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to Mountain Center where you can purchase lift tickets and board the gondola to take to you Mammoth Mountain. After a day on the slopes, you are right in Village center with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. As nice as the hotel is itself, the staff that work there are truly outstanding. I found myself in an unfortunate situation when my United Airlines flight back to San Diego was cancelled. I had to be in SD the next morning and none of the car rental shops in Mammoth had cars available. I was able to find a shop in Bishop that had a car and would let me do a one-way rental. The hotel manager instantaneously arranged for me to get a shuttle ride to Bishop which is about 45 minutes away. The driver who took me was courteous and very pleasant to ride with. Truly amazing customer service with unbeatable facilities.
