Our cozy cottage is nestled in the heart of the Love Street historic district, just a couple of blocks from downtown Thomasville. Recently renovated, you'll rest easy with all the modern day conveniences. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience the charm of the south, we even have a fresh pitcher of sweet tea waiting for you along with some locally made snacks. What a terrific cottage
This cottage is so comfortable and worked great for our stay in Thomasville. It has three bedrooms in three locales of house: front, middle and back, with two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for one's needs. We enjoyed the gas fireplace one morning when the temps dropped. It has a nice sitting area outside and good parking for two to three vehicles. The beds were comfy, and items such a toilet paper, soap, shampoo were on site. We would stay here again and appreciated quick responses from management. We are frequent travelers who use VRBO and were exceptionally satisfied with this rental. We would definitely rent it again.

Mindy's cottage was the perfect place for our annual girls trip. Very well stocked and decorated nicely. Great floor plan and sleep accommodations for 6 adults. Loved the location as it was easily walkable to downtown Thomasville. We couldn't get over how cute this place is and how thoughtful the host was every step of the way. I would definitely stay here again-actually I would live here if I could!

Perfect accommodations for Graduation Weekend
We had an excellent stay at the Southland Cottage. The house was well equipped with everything needed for our family gathering spot. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the morning while sipping our coffee. Our family participated in activities in both Thomasville and Tallahassee. Host was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A Hallmark Christmas Movie House
The moment that we walked into the house, we felt like we were in a Hallmark Christmas movie. From the goodies on the counter to the decorated Christmas tree in the living room, we settled into the house and it truly felt like a home. We explored downtown Thomasville but I made sure that we avoided any Christmas tree lots. We have watched enough Hallmark movies to make me fearful of my wife falling in love with the son home from the big city that was working at the family tree lot, lol. In all seriousness, the house exceeded our expectations in every possible way. While it was a quick weekend getaway for a wedding, we will never forget Thomasville or this awesome home that definitely made the trip!
