This was a nice property and a great location in downtown Asheville, close to many attractions. We loved the ability to walk everywhere. We did have an interaction with an aggressive homeless person that took away from the experience. We also lacked hot water for most of the weekend which lowered our rating, particularly given the cost of the room.
