The room was larger than expected, angled charmingly, clean, and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was nicely appointed. The staff was pleasant. There really was not a concierge and staff was not able to assist much in finding ways to deal with the transportation strike, which was very challenging, other than pointing out the 2 running train lines. Also, the breakfast buffet seemed understaffed during the week.

Great location

Very pleased with location of hotel. Walking distance to Notre Dame and The Louvre as well as RER train and Metro train. Breakfast at on site restaurant was okay. Hotel Staff were professional and very helpful. Lots of dining choices in all directions within 2 blocks.
