Disappointing Christmas Stay
Worst stay ever and happened on Christmas Day! Check in staff pretended not to see us in the queue and attended to another guest who just walked right up to the counter. Staff took so long to arrange for the rooms and put us on Level 3 which has no view at all and condition of the room was pretty bad. Furniture stained and very limited TV channels now. Housekeeping was terrible. Did not even clean the bathroom and toilets properly. Toilet bowl was stained but never cleaned. Have to tip them before they cleaned the room properly. The overall experience is so different when we stayed with them few months ago.
