My problem is the clerk at the front desk did not change my booking when I checked in a week earlier than the incorrect timing that the hotel had me for. I went ahead and checked in and stayed 4 days but the clerk left the wrong booking date in the system and my credit card is getting charged for dates that were incorrectly entered in their system. I had used this exact same hotel a few months earlier and expected my billing would be correct. Be careful how you arrange your stay and watch your credit card for a few weeks after your stay.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds, we show up at the hotel, check in, and go look at our room and it had only 1 bed and a couch. Talked to the lady at the front and she said it counts as a 2 bed room, that’s lying and false advertisement. We checked right back out
