Everything was wonderful except the food prices. Breakfast buffet good, but not $40 good. And crimminal to charge $30 to have cookies and milk delivered to the room.

Room we were assigned had a terrible smell. A very kind maintenance person tried to resolve it but could not. We requested and were assigned a new room the next day. The new room was excellent, however, we were not compensated for the original night because we paid through the site.

"Loved the pool!"
I liked Bally's better than I thought I would. Check in was a bit rough, as lines were long, but once I got to the counter, it went smoothly. Yes, there's the resort fee and it's annoying, but the hotel itself is inexpensive, so it sort of evens out. However, key amenities (i.e., pool and gym) close by 6pm, so you lose out unless you get up early. Would've liked to hit the gym at 10pm. I stayed in the older wing; the hallway carpeting was a bit tired and the furniture was early-90s, but it really wasn't objectionable in the least. My room overlooked part of the strip and my bathroom was very nice, clean, big and modern, with great water pressure and hot water. I imagine Jubilee is just fresher and brighter. I came for the pool. It's the biggest one of all the hotels, and great for swimming. Cocktails were pricey, but I'm not a big drinker, so 3-4 is my splurge and limit. Food from the pool bar is decent. There are also tennis courts. I would've definitely used them had I stayed longer. BLT Steak was fantastic, as expected. Expensive, but I enjoyed every single item. Bucco restaurant was lackluster, albeit much more affordable. I didn't enjoy it. I don't gamble (visit my dad and stay in a hotel a few days first), so I have no comments about that other than the cigarette smoke on the periphery was tolerable for a non-smoker. The gift shop came in handy and there were some other decent stores. Biggest complaint: pool hours and no coffeemaker in room! But good overall

"Awesome hotel with great mid-strip location! "
amazing time at the Flamingo. We love the new corridor right next door with restaurants and attractions (like the High Roller - biggest Ferris wheel / observation ride)!) We had a luxury room with a great view of the Bellagio fountains! Overall happy with Travelocity and hotel - however not happy that they changed our direct flights to indirect when we paid more to fly direct! Boo.

"Upscale Hotel in the middle of the action"
The Cromwell Hotel and Casino was a first class experience. The whole staff (desk, security) were extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel amenities were first class. They changed your used towels twice a day and the cushions at the pool were items that you would have to pay extra at any other hotel in the area

"Wedding Trip"
I booked a room for 2 nights (because on the weekend it would not let you book just one night-attempt to book 1 night and it says it is booked). When I called about late checkin they requested to know the exact time I was checking in and were not very pleasant when I spoke with them. Seeing how they have already been paid for the room I would think my late checkin shouldn't be a concern. Room was clean and large enough. While I did not expect a clear view of the strip, I also did not expect my window to be totally blocked of all natural light. Opened the window to see a solid blue wall and white piping, basically under a brige/walkway and totally boxed in. This should be noted when reserving room type. Did not have any lotion or mouth wash stocked in the bathroom. Room looked like the pictures and the bed was comfortable. Was able to hear only minimal noise from the outside hall area. Other employees throughout the hotel were very courteous and helpful.
