"Great Location"
This was our 4th stay in Aria, and we always like it. Location is great, and the rooms are amazing. This time we made an effort to try some of the restaurants in the Casino, and the Mexican restaurant on Casino floow has great food and even better cocktails. Will certainly go back again

"Disappointed"
This was the second year in a row I brought my mom to celebrate her birthday (last year was her 90th) The young lady who checked us in last year was very friendly-asked us if this was a special occasion-when I told yes-she gave us buffet passes and had chocolates sent to the room-this year-totally opposite-the young man checking us in immediately informed us that the double bed fountain view room that i had booked and paid for 2 months earlier was not available and that all he could offer was a mountain view room or he did have a double bed on the smoking floor or a king size bed that we could use that night and hope to be moved to a double bed room the next day if we wanted to take a chance. How can a supposedly upscale hotel as the Bellagio not reserve the room that you had already paid for in advance? When I told him I didn't understand why this was happening he was very short with me and said "booking a particular room does not quarantee that room? Seriously? They didn't have a problem taking my money for a "specific" room. My mom was getting anxious and was so tired from traveling, that we just took the room on the smoking floor (she really wanted the fountain view room). BIG mistake-the safe even REEKED of smoke and we had to spray it with Lysol everyday and our room was next to the last room on the hall from the elevators, so a bit of a trek for my mom every day. Also no buffet passes, no candy-nothing like the year before. This was such a let down from the previous y

"Amazing facilities, great food."
Mandalay Bay has awesome pools, lazy river and wave pool with sand, giving it a beach like feel. Keep in mind you must buy tubes $20 for the lazy river. Large selection of restaurants with great food. Wonderful staff and exceptional service. A great addition to your Vegas experience.

"Overall satisifcation"
The hotel was very nice, it was a good price for the location compared to other on the strip. I somehow got a free upgrade to the next higher room (my friend believed it was because the room type was overbooked - win for me), it was only a little bigger but with a better view (supposedly). It looked at the NYNY rollercoaster, and MGM across the strip. Though being on the 10th floor, it was also a lot of "roof" view. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The casino was pretty decent, nicer than some (MGM, Excalibur) in my opinion, not far from the level at Bellagio and Mirage.

"Great location"
MGM is a great location; however their site indicates the rooms have been recently remodeled...yet they need to be remodeled. A big casino...be prepared to walk far for everything. Can be very expensive.

"2nd Chance!!"
We stayed their in June for a wedding and we were pleased even though we had some issues. But recently we stayed again and we won't go back. First of all, you get what you pay for is a real good rule of thumb. We asked for a upgrade instantly at check-in since as rookies we didn't, so they did and the room was nice. Layout pleasant, decent decor, nice amenities but NOT clean. Surprisingly, enough I mentioned it to staff and no one cared or apologized. I even had one employee agree that the rooms are not clean all the time......GROSS! The only suggestion was to call room service and request a maid service follow-up. Once again, why would I want someone to come into my private space and hope that employee doesn't do something to my personnel items because I complained. No thanks! Excalibur needs to step it up! Oh, and one more thing. My friends stayed on the 25th floor in a spa suite, it was smaller than the room we stayed in on the 7th floor, so I wouldn't pay the price.

"Luxor Week"
Arrived at the Luxor very early in the day and was given immediate room. This got us to the hotel pool quicker. Did have a very long walk from our room in the pyramid to the pool area. We learned in Vegas a long walk is an every day thing! We first stopped at the Pyramid Café for lunch and Victor and everyone there were excellent. The entire staff treated us like royalty. The concierge desk went above and beyond as did security to personally walk us to point out where we would meet a specific tour. The bar staff in Aurora were excellent. Bell staffman James A++. Saw the Fantasy show and it was super! The pool staff were my disillusionment with the hotel. They were letting a man scream obscenities but were more concerned over someone bringing a can into the pool. That and the long walk kept us away from the pool for the rest of our visit. A very nice girl got us tickets to two shows and a free breakfast and casino cash (we did have to view a sales talk) but she had my number and texted me every day asking if she could help me in any way. I took her up on the offer twice and she went out of her way to help me. Our room was very nice and temperature just right. Was cleaned every day. I have read negative reviews on this hotel, but I believe if you are nice you get back the same. My husband said the casino staff were all very nice. I also will say to always carry your ID with you. It is asked for often and we were a couple ages 57 and 63.
