I booked a two bed room (intentionally). When I checked in I found I had been “upgraded” to a suite with a single bed. That was not what I wanted as I was staying with my brother. When asked about getting a room with two beds, the hotel said they didn’t have any but that the room had a sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed in the room was worse than something you’d get in prison. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival was told the swimming pool and hot tub was not in working condition. Booking for the reason to give the kids a break to swim and chill in the hot tub. Also the continent breakfast was not available which was also a reason I booked. Rooms carpet was very dirty. Mattress was very old and worn. Very disappointed.
