almost as good as usual but a little bit off

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, pool
I have stayed at this hotel many times before and looked forward to returning. Overall I had a wonderful stay. My room was lovely and quiet and beautifully appointed. Room service was prompt and curteous and the food delicious -service on a beautiful wooden tray with white cloths and a vase with an orchid. For some reason the bed didnt have a box spring and the usual mattress pad was missing and replaced with just a mattress cover. The bedding did not have the same luxary feeling that I remember from previous visits. Because there was not boxspring, the mattress sat low in the bed frame. It was a little odd looking and the nigthstand was more of a reach-all very odd. I did ask two see another room and was shown two more with the same set up. What happened here? I can only guess. Also, the pool area needed a big clean up when I arrived. I had to call twice to the front desk. There were cups and used towels everywhere and no fresh towels. This was not the usual for this hotel and I was dissapointed to see it in such disarray. Someone did eventually come and get things in order but that was after two calls. Will I return to the Brazilian Court? Pribably. Would I try a different hotel next time? I sure would!

What a wonderful hotel, very welcoming and attentive to detail.

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: no complimentary coffee or pot in the room
The Brazilian Court is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Palm Beach with easy access to Worth Ave's restaurants and shops and all that the area has to offer. The studio offered ample, comfortable space and a wonderful bath with spa features. It was quiet and elegant with great amenities and available, yet unobtrusive staff. the only thing missing that I would have expected was complimentary coffee in the morning or a pot in the room.

We will continue to stay here

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
This is a lovely hotel from start to finish. It is not cheap (actually it's pretty expensive after factoring in parking, use, and taxes), but it is worth every penny. The restaurant is outstanding--from the bread offered at the start to the inventive, and delicious, desserts. The doormen are cheerful and professional. Staff behind the counter are as well. Our rooms have been fine. The last visit, however, we found our room much too small compared to the others we have had. When we inquired about upgrading, staff found us a much better room. Beds are comfy, and pillows too. Bathrooms are luxurious. And it's nice being in the middle of Palm Beach in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

The Best in Palm Beach

I have stayed many times at the Brazilian Court as well as the Breakers, Four Seasons, etc... By far the is the best hotel. Services are beyond any other hotel. The staff will concur any request without question. The rooms and entire hotel is designed with excellent taste. It has a very luxurious feel but yet a home away from home comfort. I enjoy Cafe Boulud and Frederic Fekkai during every visit. I will visit this hotel every chance I get.

Worst Stay ever

For such a beautiful hotel and location, you would think the staff would take better care of the property, The air conditioning in the room never worked. My room was very nice, but wasnt' very clean, I found trash under the bed and hair in the sheets and bathroom. The room smelled like mold. I did speak to the GM, and sorry to say, she didn't seam all that bright or interested in the issues I was having in my room. The restuarant was fantastic.
