Our room was clean and sanitized. Staff replaced towels daily and tidied up the room, this does not include making the bed. Overall well pleased.

We had to wait (computer problems) and did not get a room downstairs (although requested)... We had a walker and I had to lug my luggage upstairs (no help from staff, only 1 person) NO ICE...machine broken..front.door stuck and had to be forced open and closed...bathroom door also... Food was good and big screen TV was great

2adults 2kids- beds were very comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. Just wish we had 1more lounge chair to relax. Didnt care for the side parking, one way into the room with the wall of fence. Didnt find a handicap parking either. Front desk girls were nice n courteous n room was clean n comfy. We will stay again.
