Our room flooded. My brothers pants we soaked. They moved us to another room but it only had one bed. My brother sleep in the chair. My son had to stay with relatives because there wasn’t room for him. The manager said she was going to give us a suite for the last night. That didn’t happen. She lied and didn’t comp us for the inconvenience. If I have another choice I would never stay there again. We couldn’t get towels. It was the worse experience ever. Customer service was awful. We were there for 4 nights.

After working then driving 5 hours we were told the king bed we had booked wasnt available so we were put in a double queen. My husband was not happy at all and expressed it to the gentleman at the desk. The manager was called and she told my husband they would refund our money and we could go somewhere else. At 10:00 at night!! Not happy. They eventually offered us the king handicap room which we took. Not good management at all.

New, modern, clean, quiet, friendly and good food

Stayed two nights. Friendly front desk, very clean rooms. I was looking for a nice hotel for my wife and I to meet my daughter at this 1/2 way distance. Chose this hotel hoping it would be good and it was great. Clean, safe, modern. My only suggestions to the hotel is to get the T.V.'s a little higher. Laying in bed our feet obstructed the view. The room only had one trash can and it needed at least one more. Nice bathroom.
