Enjoyable stay on New Year's Eve very quiet no loud parties or guest making noise. Older hotel, but was clean, bed was sufficiently comfortable and I felt very safe during my stay. I did not try the breakfast but smelled very enticing my next stay I will try the breakfast especially since it's included in the cost of the room.

The comfort Inn Suites is an older hotel and it needs updating. Some parts of it show signs of age like the Gym the equipment which is in decent shape and is totally usable definitely appear to quite old. The carpet, the things you bring your suitcases in on are old and rickety. That being said everything works as it should. Beds are clean and comfortable. Refrigerator in room worked among everything else. I have stayed there before and will again if that means anything. It cost less than most and offers what you need. Free internet, free parking, free breakfast. I requested a room on the back side away from the freeway for a slightly quieter evening. Oh and the heater/AC worked as it should as well. It’s all one needs and the right price.

The second day there ,woke up to a bathroom sink leaking all over the floor into carpet in bedroom. It couldn't be fixed, so we had only hot water in sink rest of stay, Had to ask for a fan to dry carpet (it was not offered) by the way this was a handicapped room, when showing water ran onto floor. Unable to get into back door 6 keys wouldn't work. Can back second night and back door was propped open with rock. Was informed no one was there to fix it. very unsafe move for hotel. Then the last day there a note was left at desk not at rooms that water would be cut off at 1100 am 12/26, and since check out time is 1100 , makes it hard to arrange check out with a handicapped adult at a earlier time, Room wasn't cleaned the whole 3 days we where there. Had to ask repairman for towels. again with a handicapped adult we where at the rear of the hotel. That didn't bother us, but walking into the front of hotel because the keys didn't open back door where room was did ,was tiring.
