The staff were all wonderful, particularly Chris/Manuel in the dining room/bar, and the Asst. Director (from Ecuador), I'm sorry I didn't catch his first name. Check-in was easy, and the housekeeping staff did a great job too. The property is in the process of getting renovated, so some of the conditions weren't great. For example, i am disabled and when walking to the pool area, the wall rail came loose when I tried to use it for support. i wasn't hurt, and someone on the maintenance team came out right away to remove the rail.

The rooms are around the enclosed pool. The eco mask the are very noisy. The bathroom needed a better and deeper cleaning.
