Not worth the price. Shower wouldn’t drain. No warning pool kid area was closed which why we came here. Piles of kids in hot tub with no adults. Toilets super short like midget height. Awkward entrance and poor snow and ice removal in parking lot! Very disappointed.

Kids loved the pool area with Waterslide. Family suite was spacious. Would stay here again if in the area!

The room was ice cold when we got there. It took quite awhile to warm up because there was not good heat output. We did not have lotion, soap, or shampoo.

I am so sorry that your room was cold when you entered. Our housekeepers work hard and sometimes put the air on to cool down, but we usually reset the temps when we leave the room. I apologize that we missed on your room, as well as missing some of the amenities. Please come see us and give us another chance; our rooms are usually very well rated. Regards,
